Daniel Adam earns Lucky 30 victory at Highland Speedway

CHERRY, Ill. (April 1, 2026) — It didn’t take long for Daniel Adam to find victory lane in 2026, as the driver of the Adam Family Motorsports No. 75 Rocket Chassis Late Model secured his first win of the season less than 10 races into the year.
Now calling Illinois home, the North Carolina native captured the Lucky 30 at Highland Speedway, leading the final 11 laps to claim the $1,500 payday.
“It feels great to get a win this early in the year,” Adam said. “We weren’t very good early in the night, but hats off to my crew. We threw a lot at it before the feature, and it paid off. We had a great group here helping tonight, and I can’t thank them enough. I also want to give a shoutout to my parents and all my great sponsors and supporters.”
Adam’s lone event of the weekend took place on Saturday night, a little over 200 miles south of his Cherry, Illinois shop. He muscled forward one spot in his heat to finish fourth, setting him up fourth a row-row starting spot for the feature.
He quickly worked his way forward, climbing to third by lap 11 and taking over second on the following circuit before inheriting the lead when early front-runner Jordan Bauer suffered engine trouble.
From there, Adam pulled away over the final 11 laps to secure the 30-lap victory by more than four seconds.

Following the recent cancellation of the Nippy 50 at Davenport Speedway, Adam is slated to return to action in two weeks when the World of Outlaws Late Model Series visits Farmer City Raceway for the annual Illini 100.
