Daniel Adam sixth in March Madness opener at Springfield Raceway

Daniel Adam returned to the driver's seat for the first time since the Wild Wes Shootout and joined the Midwest LateModel Racing Association (MLRA) at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway for the March Madness doubleheader.

Finishing third in his heat race, Adam started 18th in the 30-lap opener on Friday and charged to a Top-10 finish in sixth. Daniel dealt with mechanical issues on Saturday night which prevented him from starting the $5,000 finale.
