Ninth-place run in Corn State Nationals opener at Davenport Speedway
The Adam Family Motorsports team made the trip to Davenport (Iowa) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the Corn State Nationals doubleheader as Daniel Adam joined a field of 32 MARS Late Model Championship Series entries.
Daniel registered a strong qualifying lap and finished runner-up in his heat race which put him on the third-row for the $5,000-to-win opener. Adam raced his way to a Top-10 finish in ninth. Adam did not find the same luck on Saturday night as he was battling for a transfer spot in a B-Main and got caught up in a wreck.
