Daniel Adam triumphs at Farmer City Raceway for first-career UMP Modified victory
Taking in a pair of weekly shows over the weekend, Daniel Adam rolled into Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway on Friday for Friday Night Lights.
Finishing runner-up in his heat race, Adam started on the outside pole for the 20-lap main event and took the top spot from the drop of the green flag. Daniel led wire-to-wire to score his first-career Modified win. Adam collected the $750 payday while Charlie Mohr and Ed Roley completed the podium.
The following night at Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Ill.), Adam recorded an 11th-place finish in the evening's Modified main event.
