Daniel Adam suffers vicious wreck at Brownstown Bullring
Dodging rain showers all weekend, Daniel Adam followed the MARS Late Model Championship Series to Brownstown (ill.) Bullring on Friday afternoon for the $10,000-to-win Brownstown 100.
During his qualifying session, Adam hooked a rut and took a wild ride through turn one. Despite flipping multiple times, Daniel was able to return to the seat of his backup car and placed 17th in the 50-lap feature later on in the evening.
Saturday's $10,000-to-win event at Paducah (Ky.) International Raceway was rained out.
After further evaluation, Daniel suffered a minor concussion in the incident and will be taking the next weekend off in order to recover.
